All of our products, with the exception of special orders, swimwear, undergarments and personalized products, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. The products must be returned with the original sales receipt, must have original tags still attached, and must be in new and re-sellable condition. Returned items cannot be worn, broken, damaged, laundered or used in any way. Items must also be free of pet hair, smoke, cologne, or perfume to be eligible for a return or exchange. Exchanges are permitted only at our business address. Exchanges are permitted with original sales receipt for current stock items only. Items that do not fit any portion of the above criteria may not be eligible for return or exchange and may be sent back to the customer. Exchanges may require additional shipping charges. Original and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
